PVST’s newest Brother, Brian Winther, was kind enough to share his talent with the Lodge and presented us with a custom made, hand-tooled, leather binder to protect our Tyler’s book and make it a unique and treasured asset of PVST #29. The cover is antiqued to make it look older than it really is, and is completed with a silk lining on the inside.
Brian has been tooling leather for about 12 years now. It all started out of necessity. “When you build custom motorcycles, you have to have a custom seat,” states Brian, and adds “my first seat was a disaster, but I learned a lot from the process.” We are tremendously excited to count a gifted and talented man amongst our ranks, and look forward to watching Brian grow in his Masonic journey.
